Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your Orbeats Africa account and personal data at any time, as a fan or an artist.

In the app or website

1. Sign in.
2. Fans: open My Music and scroll to "Delete my account". Artists: open Settings and scroll to the bottom.
3. Tap "Request account deletion" and confirm.

Can't sign in?

Email support.team@orbeatsafrica.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my Orbeats account".

What happens

• We delete your profile, library, playlists, follows, chats, Moments and other personal data within 30 days.
• Payment, payout and sales records are kept for the period the law requires, then removed.
• Deletion is permanent. Songs you bought can't be recovered afterwards.
